1. What is a shared shuttle transfer?
A shared shuttle transfer means that you will share the same vehicle to get to your destination resort with other passenger from the same flight or a flight landing within 40 min from your scheduled flight. Your transfer would still be door-to-door and you will be dropped off in front of your hotel/accommodation address.
2. What is a private transfer?
A private transfer means a vehicle just for you and your party. No waiting at the airport, no other people drop-offs, no other passengers in your vehicle, door-to-door, quick and reliable.
3. How does it work?
You enter your booking details, name, phone, arrival and departure flight, then choose your payment way (VISA, Master card, bank transfer or PayPal). After you complete your booking you will receive an instant confirmation in your e-mail box and later a voucher with more details for pick up time etc. approximately a week before your departure for Bulgaria. You must present your voucher printed or on your phone/tablet upon arrival at the airport.
4. Do children get a discount?
Unfortunately we do not offer a children discount because they need a full seat. However we provide infant and children seats for free upon advance request.
5. Do I need to confirm my booking after receiving the voucher prior to my departure?
No, You do not need to re-confirm your booking. However, you can do this for your own comfort following the voucher re-confirmation instructions.
